What is your return/exchange policy?
Quality workmanship and care are engineered into every Keane Collars product. We will offer a 30-day guarantee on any manufacturing or hardware defects. If the product is determined to be a manufacturing defect it will be repaired, or replaced with an identical item equal to price of the defective product. This guarantee does not cover leather breakage due to chewing or anything else that compromises the integrity of the material beyond normal wear. It is important to note that leather is naturally puncture and tear resistant. Collars by Keane Collars are an accessory item and Keane Collar assumes no liability. The use of the product and safety of the pet is completely at the purchaser’s discretion and responsibility. Warranty will be good for one replacement.
If you wish to return a Keane Collars product you must do it at the store of purchase with the original receipt. If the product is purchased from a retail store the return is based on that stores return policy. If the Keane Collar product is purchased on the Keane Collar online store the customer will have to follow the following policy.
- - The exchange or return must be made within 30 days of the date of Invoice
- - Regular priced products can returned only (sale items are sold as final sale)
- - This guarantee does not cover leather breakage due to chewing or anything else that compromises the integrity of the material beyond normal wear.
- - If the product is being exchanged the customer will be charged (or credited) for difference in prices. Limited to one exchange.
- - Customer will pay shipping both ways plus a 20% re-stocking fee
- - Product must be returned unused and in original packaging
- - It is recommended that the Customer insure returned products
